INSTRUCTIONS
Materials:
- Flower pot
- Paint
- Stickers (optional)
- Permanent marker (optional)
Step 1
Paint flower pot in whatever colors or designs you want. Encourage your child to work independently!
Step 2
Leave to dry (approx. 1 hour).
Step 3
Once dry, you can leave it or decorate even more!
You can add stickers or draw on top of the paint with permanent markers.
FINISHED PRODUCT
ADDITIONAL ACTIVITY
When your flower pot is completely finished, you can use it for gardening pretend play with your “dirt” playdough and the fake flowers provided.
If you have play gardening tools (watering pail, shovel, etc.) you can incorporate those in your play as well!
For an added challenge for your child, you can take photos of the flowers in different arrangements. Then show your child the different photos, prompting them to match the configuration in each photo.
