INSTRUCTIONS
Materials:
- paper plate
- black oaktag circle
- red and black paint
- 2 black pipe cleaners
- paintbrush
- circle sponge
- glue or tape
Step 1: Paint the back of the paper plate red.
Step 2: Use the sponge to make black dots on top of the red paint (you may want to wait until the red dries a little bit).
Step 3: Once all the paint is dry, use tape or glue to attach the pipe cleaners to the back of the oak tag circle and attach the circle to the top of the plate!
