INSTRUCTIONS
Materials:
- basin
- ocean toys
- shaving cream
- blue paint
Step 1: Squeeze shaving cream into basin.
Step 2: Add in blue paint and mix it into the shaving cream until it turns blue.
Step 3: Add your ocean animals and play! You can hide them and dig through the shaving cream ocean to find them or just play pretend or in any other way you’d like!
