INSTRUCTIONS
Materials:
- Paper bag
- Markers
- Glue
- Scissors
- 2 wiggly eyes
Step 1: Color entire bag.
Step 2: Cut strips upward along the top (open side) of the paper bag. Stop cutting each strip about halfway.
Step 3: Glue wiggly eyes to bottom of paper bag.
