Step 1: Read “Twinkly Twinkle Little Star” on page 90 as you sing along!

Step 2: Carefully use the push pin to poke holes on the dots of the star template. Your child should be able to do this independently, just make sure they’re monitored while using the pin. Give them only as much help as they need – this is really good fine motor practice! 

Step 3: Remove the paper from the cardboard and wrap it around the tea light. Secure it with some tape or glue.

Step 4: Turn on your light in a dark room or at night. The light will shine through the holes!
